Pechsträhne für Herz hält an.
Am 15. und 16. Juni standen zwei weitere Cup-Rennen am Pannonia-Ring für Andreas Herz an. Besonders das 16-Runden-Rennen am 2. Tag war für den Rainfelder eine Herausforderung, da bis jetzt nur 7-Runden-Rennen bestritten wurden. Doch die Pechsträhne hält an: Zum Sturz im April am Pannonia kam diesmal im 2. Turn ein Motorschaden. Glück im Unglück für Herz: Max Pinter war zur Stelle und teilte sein Bike. Durch die schon gefahrenen Turns mit dem eigenen Motorrad konnte Herz vom Startplatz 6 starten und fuhr mit dem fremden Bike Platz 14 ein. Das 16-Runden-Rennen wurde von Platz 17 gestartet und Herz kämpfte sich auf Platz 12 vor. Herz: „Ich bin froh, dass mir Max sein Bike anbot und ich somit nur einen Platz in der Cup-Wertung verlor. Mehr war unter den Umständen nicht drinnen. Mal schauen wie es weitergeht.“ Der geplante nächste Termin wäre am 29. und 30. Juni 2015 am Slovakiaring.image

Endlich wieder im Ziel!

In den beiden vergangenen Saisonen waren kaum Resultate vom Freundorfer Rallyeteam Kronabeter zu verkünden da diese Saisonen von technischen Problemen und Motorschäden gezeichnet waren.
Doch mit ungebremster Euphorie wurde der Renault Clio über die Wintermonate komplett revidiert und am Wochenende des 05/06.Juni startete das für den Neulengbacher Motorsportclub genannte Team bei der 9ten Kärnten Rallye rund um die Blumenstadt in St.Veit an der Glan.
Bei herrlich frühsommerlichen Wetterverhältnissen waren die ersten Sonderprüfungen von einer Fahrweise des Teams gekennzeichnet welche das Hauptaugenmerk auf das Zusammenspiel des Fahrers mit dem neuen Copiloten Bernhard Manz und auf die tlw. neu eingesetzte Technik.
Trotz dieser neuen Umstände und der fehlende Routine aufgrund der beiden schlechten Saisonen kam man von Beginn an gut mit den schwierigen Sonderprüfungen zurecht.
Highlight dabei war die Sonderprüfung 7 in der man die 12 beste Gesamtzeit von 58 gestarteten Teams erreichen konnte.
So errzielte man nach einer zweijährigen Durststrecke mit einem 20ten Gesamtplatz und einem 1ten Platz in der Fahrzeugkategorie der Gruppe H bis 2000ccm einen sehr guten Einstand in die neue Saison!

Platz 20 im Endklassement von 58 gestarteten Teams
Platz 1 in der Fahrzeugkategorie H -2000cccm

Am Freitag ging´s nach Tschechien, wo in Kaplice der 3te Lauf zum Amateur Masters Cup und zur NÖ Landesmeisterschaft ausgetragen wurde.
Am Samstag um 09.30 Uhimager begann das Training der Klasse 65ccm und unser Crack mit der #15 brannte eine sensationelle Zeit in die tschechische Erde. Mit 2,1 Sekunden Vorsprung fuhr er auf Pole Position.
Der Start zum ersten Head ließ sehr lange auf sich warten, da wegen der großen Hitze die Strecke zu staubig war um ein Rennen zu fahren und ein Spritzwagen wurde erst nach langem Suchen gefunden.
Der Start zum ersten Lauf verlief wie geplant. Thomas ging bereits in der zweiten Kurve in Führung und brachte diese in überlegener Manier mit 20 Sekunden Vorsprung in Ziel.
Wegen der langen Zeitverzögerung wurden die zweiten Läufe leider abgesagt.
Thomas konnte in der Gesamtwertung einen Platz gutmachen, und liegt nun aktuell auf den sehr guten 2ten Rang.
Unser Crosser freut sich schon aufs nächste Rennen, das am 27.06. in Parndorf stattfindet.

2.Alexovics-kupa Rallye in  Kincsesbanya – Ungarn statt.
Am Start auch unsere Mitglieder Helmut und und seine Gattin CO-Evelyn Kellner. Diesmal hat es nicht gereicht unter den ersten 10. zu kommen, da es nicht so gut gelaufen ist.
Ein Frühstart kostetet den beiden 10 Strafsekunden, und in der Kellnerkurve (benannt von Teamkollege Faist Karl, da  genau an der gleichen Stelle 2014 Sohn Stefan Kellner auch verunfallte.)
missglückte der Abbiegevorgang durch extremen Schotter auf der SP und sie rutschten gerade wegs weiter.
Trotz Zeitverlust und Frühstart schafften sie es doch noch am Ende auf Platz 15.von 23.Startern.
